There's no such thing as a stupid question. The more you know, the more empowered you will feel in the process if ever facing a run in with the law. Below are my most frequently asked questions, but I encourage you to ask me anything so together we can do the best job in fighting your case.

New Clients:

  • How much time in custody am I facing if convicted?
  • Could I serve any potential sentence on home detention?
  • What can I do to lessen any potential custodial sentence (e.g. drug treatment, school, work, therapy)?
  • How would a conviction affect my job?
  • If convicted, could I lose my professional license?
  • If convicted, could I lose my Legally Permanent Resident (LPR) status?

Current Clients:

  • How can the charge(s) be dropped?
  • What happens if I turn down the prosecution’s offer to plead guilty?
  • What defense(s) could we pursue at trial?

Past Clients:

  • Am I able to petition to reduce my felony conviction to a misdemeanor?
  • Can I expunge the conviction?
  • How can I apply for early termination of supervised release?
